Davison Free Methodist Church (DFMC) is a growing, welcoming community where faith is real, relationships matter, and people love like Jesus. This is not a one-size-fits-all position! We are searching for a Ministry Coordinator who will prioritize Youth Ministry while also helping lead in worship arts, digital engagement, outreach, volunteer development, or community partnerships—depending on your skills and passions. If you bring energy, creativity, and a heart for people, we’ll shape the job around you!

 Youth Ministry (Priority) – Build relationships with middle and high school students, create engaging youth gatherings, mentor students, and plan retreats, camps, and mission trips.
 Worship & Music Arts (Priority) – Lead Sunday worship (if gifted musically), develop worship experiences, and cultivate a passionate worship team.
 Digital Ministries & Social Media – Use video, design, and storytelling to connect with people beyond the church walls through digital platforms.
 Community Outreach & Partnerships – Build relationships with local schools, organizations, and service projects to make a tangible impact in our community.
 Volunteer Coordination – Recruit, train, and encourage a thriving team of volunteers who bring the church’s mission to life.
 Fundraising & Development – Help create and implement strategies for financial and resource support to expand our ministries.
